The Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (the ESOS Act) regulates the education and training sector’s involvement with overseas students studying in Australia on student visas.   All USQ Employees (particularly those involved with International Students) are encouraged to attend as the course aims to inform staff about the National Code, responsibilities under this Framework, and the implementation at USQ of policy and the procedure for compliance.
