Ignite: Management and Leadership Essentials

Whether you are new to supervising or in need of a refresher, then this course is designed JUST FOR YOU!  Equipping you with a survival kit of skills and knowledge to effectively and creatively manage and lead your team, this dynamic, comprehensive workshop, held over 3 days, focuses on core leadership skills such as:

• Building effective business relationships,
• Techniques to better manage self and others,
• Creating positive feedback environments,
• How to assist your team and your organisation to better manage change and stress, and
• Time management and goal setting skills.

As all other workshops in the Ignite series build from this core module, it is highly recommended that participants register for this workshop first.

Please be advised that a $50 'no-show' fee will apply where a registered participant withdraws without notice. Many sessions have waiting lists and those on wait lists need to be contacted, and occasionally a session may be made unviable by late cancellations – as this may incur presenter's costs the 'no show ' fee is necessary. Forty-eight hours notice of withdrawal is required except in exceptional circumstances.
