Introduction to the Anti-Discrimination Act

This program will provide employees with the basic elements of discrimination law in Queensland and give participants a general appreciation of the scope and intent of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.

The program includes legislation content relating to:

• Grounds of Discrimination
• Vilification
• Complaints process
• Sexual harassment
• Case Study Discussion

This workshop is faciliated by Jenny Crisci (Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland).

Pre-requisite:

All participants need to have completed both Module 1 and Module 2 of the EO Online program within the last 2 years.
